bcard.futuredesk.lk provides a digital (virtual) business card service. No physical products are shipped.

Delivery refers to one-time digital activation or setup of your virtual business card.


Delivery Time

  • The virtual business card will be delivered/activated one time only
  • Maximum delivery time is up to 4 working days from successful payment or submission of required details
  • In most cases, delivery is completed earlier

Delivery Method

  • Delivery is completed via online activation, email notification, or account access
  • No courier or physical delivery is involved

Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the user
  • Technical issues or maintenance
  • Force majeure events (internet outages, system failures, etc.)

Confirmation of Delivery

Once the virtual business card is activated or access is provided, the delivery is considered successfully completed.
